@Monroe Steele Hey Monroe, I live in Florida too, Jacksonville. I also have Type 4 Hair. Here's the key to your twist out lasting in the Florida weather. Don't twist your hair with anything that has Glycerin in it. If Glycerin is anywhere in the top 6 ingredients, it will turn your hair into cotton. Glycerin is a Humectant and draws in the moisture so it will soften your curls and your twists WILL NOT HOLD . I use Taliah Waajid Curl Definer, Camile Rose Almond Jai twisting butter, or Cantu Curl Stretch Paste. These are my top 3 Twisting butters . They DO NOT have Glycerin in the ingredients. If you use these in Florida, your twist will never fall, frizz or turn to cotton. Trust me!! My number 1 choice of the 3 is the Cantu Curl Paste but they all work because there's no humectant like Glycerin in the ingredients. Happy Hair!😊

Monroe Great Work. For that Pimple what works for me when they just appear I use an Ice Cube and hold it there for about two minutes to freeze it. Let it rest afterwards and I found that it is good because they r Hot and the cube freezes it long enough for the inflammation to subside. Just a suggestion.
