Mia i've commented this a few times, but try colour oops!!! No bleach, vegan and cruelty free, good for ur hair. It smells AWFUL but it does an amazing job at removing semi permanent and permanent colours. Since i live in the UK i use a dupe called Scott cornwall permanent hair colour remover. Both do amazing jobs. And the Olaplex is a fab choice, one of the best hair care brands ever. Use lots of heat protectant when blow drying it or any other type of heat. Sorry for the rave girl 😂 it looks gorgeous now though 😍 👌

Took me 2 years to healthily go back blonde from brown but I have really thin fine hair so I took it slow and went through a red stage for about a year (which I actually loved on me so I wasn’t unhappy thank goodness). It definitely should have looked lighter after the first lift it’s insane that it did nothing. I love the colour you ended up with it’s gorgeous the hairdresser did great with how much they were able to lift from such a dark brown dye

Why dont you use colour before or any other hair colour remover at home then go to the salon to tone your hair. I feel like they honestly do this to get more money off you because the hair underneath is already blonde they dont need to bleach it sm unless youre naturally a brunette. As someone who has been dying their hair for 10 years and went every colour under the sun, Ive never had to bleach to remove dark hair dye from a light base colour.

Everyone’s hair is different my hair is naturally blonde and it isn’t easy for me to remove brown or darker colours and her hair is naturally thin and picks up allot of colour and the colour remover is way more damaging then doing to the salon

I thought colour removers had bleach in them? i used one in february last year from when my hair was purple and it bleached all my hair and turned my a gingery brown colour

As a hairdresser I can tell you most salons will remove colour with bleach then tone or colour over the top removing colour is very hard and you have to know how to do colour correction very well also natural ginger hair acts differently to colours and only bleach will lighten ginger hair I'm a natural ginger and been most colours lol x

I don't know if you know this but make a pot of chamomile tea, let it cool and pour it in a spray bottle. Then spray your hair every day and go sit in the sun for 15 minutes. It will lighten every day naturally. Your hair looks beautiful now.

Don’t use the purple shampoo everyday time you wash it. My hairdresser told me to only use it when you think it needs toning. Get a colour protector shampoo which has helped my hair. I’m a natural brunette who loves her blonde. I always get it dyed and my hairdresser recommends lots of good ideas. You could also try and hydrating shampoo that helps mine too. I also use a shampoo which strips all the oils and stuff out of my hair but that is used in between washes so not every time. Having a range of different types of shampoos has helped my hair become a lot more healthier as it’s not all dependent on one product. I highly recommend getting other products too

Brown dye has red pigment in it and red color is the hardest to get rid off, thats why it takes so long😃.
