It's probably because they have other sessions planned after like video analysis and such. They usually do gym, on-pitch, video, etc all in the same day

Wish these vids were longer! Hate to be the party pooper here but doesn't anyone find it strange that the Lopez player is eligible to play for Canada? It says he was here with his parents who were working for only 6 years then left back to Mexico almost 10 years ago. That makes him a Canadian citizen? Kinda weird, I don't see how hes connected to Canada in anyway, if Mexico called him he would have chose them instantly

You have to be a Canadian citizen to play for Canada, so yes he is a Canadian citizen... How is this any different than Eustaquio, Ugbo/others on the team who spent most of their lives outside of Canada? Also, he has been playing for Canada U20 for the last year.

I disagree, times have changed. Mexico is on the way down and Canada Soccer is improving dramatically.
