I have made similar comments before but as someone myself born and bred in London, albeit from Irish heritage on my dad's side, I am really impressed that it is 4:53am here in London and I am watching two German blokes play pool and all the time casually chatting in fantastic English, being that it is a second language to you both. And you did reply to me the last time too, and it has only just dawned on me that it is one thing to be able to speak English when it is not your first language but to also be able to read and write in it too is something else entirely! It has made me paranoid to proofread over and over again, so that I do not make a typo now! 😄

Those cloth racks interfere with the balls. Why do you use them?

I really like how you bring the game with discussions, it allows me to learn to think about how to plan each shot. Love it. 🙂

That was awesome! Loved the interaction and talking through the thought process on the shots and the thoughts in the back of your mind that lead to errors. Entertaining and educational. More more more please 🎱

Watch the 9 ball on the break at 0:53. It shows how the Magic Racks can change balls movement, at least slightly.
@jbealsmusic4 күн бұрын
I can't stand them in league play. I've had a few shots I needed to play slow to get the right position (and the magic rack was left on the table because it couldn't be removed without disturbing the balls), and either the object ball was re-directed out of line, or the cue ball turned in a weird direction because of the magic rack. It has cost me at least 2 games. I wish the rule was that if you use one, it must be removed after the break.

Thanks guys! I know you can't have your best game while thinking about the video, but you still did very good! Thanks again and keep up the good work providing us these videos! I really learn a lot! The "loud thinking" is what gives me most value. If you have a chance repeating this, I will be the first to watch!

Thanks man! Yes indeed, it's difficult. But in the end it's all about the video. That's why I didn't mind losing. If you haven't watched the previous episode, you should definetly check it out!

Wow! That’s the best overhead camera shot I have ever seen, and the balls really pop. As a pool nerd I don’t mind. but I wonder some times if pool would draw more (non pool nerds) if the game was easier to see on video. Great video! Sharivari is the best. I like that the dart board is covered by a plant too. lol.

GG ! Both players deserved to win. If you miss that 9ball in a real match and you feel like you don't deserve to win anymore, you might as well throw in the towel. It ain't over 'till it's over.
@X22GJP4 күн бұрын
Both players deserved the opportunity to play. By definition, only one player deserved the win. If, woulda’, coulda’, shoulda’, he didn’t throw in the towel, he accepted his slightly weaker play and mistakes on reflection, paying respect to the deserved winner.

8/10 pocketing and position play. Great job to both of you. I think Florian can improve his positioning skills if he got more comfortable with his follow game. He did well depending on draw, I just felt like follow would have made his out a bit easier in a couple of instances. (not game 8 on 5 ball.)

Sharivari. Are you looking at cueball last or object ball last? Personally I’m always told to look at the OB last so I adjusted to it. But I recently saw Jason Shaw’s video saying he looks at the cueball last and the same for most top players.
@Sharivari4 күн бұрын
I am looking at the object ball last. I covered this topic in this video aswell: kzbin.info/www/bejne/omGwho2dfrZ7ebcsi=P1YrTHk76_lEyoGq

Maybe someone pointed this out already, but on the 9 to win, the ball skidded on you. Otherwise, it was a won match right there. Good match though.

How tall is Sharivari? I only ask because I used to play in a hall with 2 low tables 4 and 6. I would always request them because they were in the corners and had tight pockets. But I wondered, if there would be consequence in the long run, as I put in + 1000 hours on a table that where I “looked like Sharivari looks now”. If he’s 5 inches taller than average that would be like an average hight person playing on a table that was 5 inches lower.
@Sharivari4 күн бұрын
I am 6.3". Had my table setup a bit higher than usual, because otherwise I get back pain or have to adjust my stance in a way I don't like.

Florian is an bavarian amateur-player, playing in the amateur-pool-league. I played once against him 3 years ago. He dominated the match from the beginning. I met Sharivari this year at the "Salzburg-Open" in Austria. He ended at the last-32-field. i wasn´t able to reach in the last 32 ....
