Love the mic'd up, gives an understanding of what you are thinking on each particular shot rather than trying to recreate what you are thinking later. I am learning a lot about course management from you which is really going to help my decision making rather than just trying to hit everything as far as I can.

Hi Gen, New subscriber here. I got here through GolfSidekick. These videos are fantastic. I spent all weekend binge watching all your past videos. I really like the format and hearing your thought process on club selection. One thing I'd like to hear more about when you make club selection is if you do any mental yardage calculations. For example, you've talked about "carry distance" so if you're 110yds from the PIN. That might be a full PW. But it's a flier lie so I'll club down one, but the green is raised so I need to add 7 yards, there a slight breeze in my face etc. I think you probably do all this in your head already, it'd be great to hear what that's like. I think too many amateurs just shoot the pin distance and grab the club that matches that yardage without taking all these other factors in. P.S. How about introducing your 4-some at the start since we see more of them in the background? Some of the folks, I'm starting to recognize.

I just wanted to thank you very much for your commitment and hard work in repeatedly producing these wonderfully informative and entertaining vlogs. Your attention to detail and production values are very impressive to me. I do not think that I have watched a golfer more helpful to a player of my standard ( although perhaps Golfsidekick with Michelle Low may give you a run for your money with their current collaboration). You are an absolute joy to watch and to listen to. Again, thank you. Do you have any arrangement set up for me to contribute towards your expenses?

The audio for this video was the best of any video you posted to date, that I watched. If you thought about the earbuds once during the round then it did affect you but you are practicing and giving lessons simultaneously. Either way, if your intent was to educate viewers and articulate clearly the you accomplished your goals with this one. Looking forward to clear, consistent audio and informative content in the future...waddaplayah

Great video Gen, nice to hear what your thinking as you approach each shot. The sound was a little garbled at times, maybe a clip on mic system might be better? also, on the none breaking putts, it definitely looked left to right, I wonder if that´s an optical illusion created by the path on the background, and the mountains (no horizontal reference point) ?

So much wisdom for a youngster lol. I love hearing your thought process before a shot and how you always play within your strengths. i enjoyed this style of video and thought the audio was just fine. btw -- if you don't like the bud in your ear, you might want to search for these small microphones with fuzzy attachments that clip to your shirt. they are supposed to be good at reducing wind noise. i've seen other youtubers wear them but i am not knowledgeable about this kind of thing so YMMV! :D

Nice to hear a bit of Malay on the channel ;). Also - do you play with the slope setting off on your range finder even during practice rounds? Obviously you can't use it in competition and it might be a boring video for most people but have you ever tried to do a slope on Vs your own judgment?
