I’m probably one of the biggest godlike fan. Honestly there are a loads of things that Godl has done wrong. Online presence is honestly more important than any kind of money or success. Each word you speak can bite you rest of your life and this is Godl’s situation currently. They have top class CODM and FIFA players / team, in fact unbeatable in India atleast but no matter what you do you never get appreciated but trolled just because previous unwanted controversies. They have one of the worst management being so big which led a lot of people to leave IMO. They do not have a proper game plan of how / what they should be doing like S8UL. They do not have a proper face of their organisation who know how to handle situation or know how to communicate. They had Ghatak who they let go, Jonny is still not mature enough to handle complicated situation or business over all, Kronten and Amar don’t even have the eligible communication skills. Godl had so many opportunities they could have capitalised and do something very unique that no one has ever done for example trident could been done under Godl’s banner instead of it being done completely from scratch which basically a ‘public work’ in a sort where you give opportunities to underdogs which automatically provides some emotional value to the organisation, CG didn’t have to be established instead the same resource could have been used for let’s say for an extremely high quality and high budgeted content videos or things like picking up more lineups in other games or even expanding onto international and picking up some roasters. They are just falling apart by the minute and so is their fans by their lack of professionalism and planning and by all the trolls kicking bums.

This was a very good podcast… i am a casual player and has been playing for the past 5-6 years and also has been following esports all the way! I must say that this podcast is the best till date regarding all the topics that were covered. All the things said regarding watching in tournys,the game and the teams losing relevance just bcz they are playing a lot of tournaments so there is no exclusivity for teams nowadays we can see then playing whenever we want… previously there were scrims for practice and there were tournaments it was the best time for esports bcz then we knew that scrims are just for fun and in tournys there are stakes… I wish that culture returns… we dont want a lot of tournaments but what we want is exclusivity and yes stakes should be higher so that the audience are more interested.

petition to introduce player scouter as a role in esports , like there is in other sports . whose job will be to find players at low price and this will help to maintain a good salary cap and also give opportunity to players , nowadays owners and players ask for a player to their owners , the supporters ask the orgs streamers on their chat to take this player , that player , this problem will also be solved by intro of scout role . players wont be scared to enter esports anymore

The problem with the scout role in esports is that even if a scout team finds a good player the player may not have a good synergy with the rest of the players, in other physical sport like cricket even one player can win a match with his/her extraordinary performance but in esports that can't be possible most of the time.

@@YashhhB1010 i dont think so, i got to know a deep insider knowledge what's going inside the mind of owners and how esports ecosystem works, im an entity fan but i suppprt esports and as for godl they literally dismantled the contract value when they poached shadow tsm and godl matter happened and after that too they poached many players in their rosters most of them already left and got their karma... for ex gill, viru, shadow, apollo, many other tryouts etc. the fact that the whole transfer and buyout process should have been between orgs in a well organised manner but godl choose an cheap path by directly talking to players instead of their respective orgs that kinda thing is wrong and i think everyone do know that now

Why its always Jonathan & Godlike ? RNT bgmi lineup almost had 18 players till date, none of them won anything anywhere. OG lineup had the same run, i have massive respect for Yash bhai but just for a reminder OG lineup did not win anything. Rushi bhai said GodL does public stunt, I guess he is the one who jumps in between Talks of other orgs, I know he is here for 10 years, but who asked his apologies on socials.. Goldy bhai said HAARCB, in terms of 0 achievements, in rcb we have Virat Kohli with 0 trophies, but when India needs, no 5 trophy players did work till date. That 0 trophy player steps up always With all due respect to Yash bhai, Just to give some advices, OG should focus on Players & other stuff rather than just GODL & Jonny, Do good, Dominate the scene, You all will get Your own loyal fanbase.

@@TeRroR13-x7n dint u understand listen let me divide the topics so that u can understand better 1) buyouts is for PPL who are in contract with other org ( still if a player wants to leave the org has no choice cus they have to bench him and pay the salary as per the contract which in return is a loss ) so instead they let players join other orgs 2) my comment is for long term future godlike big name high salary players like Aditya ,mac,viru,gill they get attracted to it and after few months they get dumped cus of performance instead they could have been with an org for long and better future . So the players get tempted which godlike takes advantage of it . There is a huge list of players who joined godlike and left godlike which is not healthy for eSports as well as the players

Gill,viru they don't even play in the playing main four , mac just after skyesports they have decided that mac is not suitable huh ?? Aditya has been with tx since years they won a tournament for tx ,trusts me scout would still take Aditya as 5th player if he is interested even dreams but players want to be in playing four . Don't compare on single tournament on scout or Mac or anyone
