I lost my best friend in a car accident we were in after graduating high school. I blamed myself and spent years in deep depression and despair. I was on a bad path and used narcotics to numb the pain but eventually realized I was spared for a reason. Today, I've broken free from the chains of guilt thanks to Gods love and grace. 🙏

Please pray for my son. He also lost his best friend in a fiery car crash. My son was waiting for him to come back from the store and he never came. My son blames himself for not being with him. He thinks he could have prevented the accident. He has turned from God and very depressed. He has a calling on his life and Satan has him bound up in his pain. When he is set free he will be an awesome instrument for God!

February 13 2022 my wife and I were arrested for violating our state probation. We were living in a burnt abandoned motel in Cleveland TN. We had given custody of our 2 teenage children to family. We were using meth daily, constantly. Little did I know that on the day we were arrested my wife was planning on committing suicide that very day. She thanked God for having her arrested. She done 30 days in jail I done 50 days. Since then we are completely sober and go to church every chance we can. God has given us an apartment, jobs, and sober people in our lives that believe in God. We are grateful for all that God has done in short 6 months. God bless you.

My friend Klara just told me about this song and video and how it touched her. In 1996 I was sentenced to life in prison. But in 2018 God intervened and gave my life a whole new direction. After 26 years in prison I am not only freed from the power of sin but also the physical prison. Praise God For his grace, mercy, and restoration. Amen!

This song just brought me to tears! For 6 years I was a hopeless addict. I was back in the county jail heading back upstate for my second bid. All I could think about was the day I was released so I could be back at it. I was full of hate and anger, then I stepped into a church service to kill some time and get off the block. I felt the love of Jesus immediately in that room. I tried to fight it. We started singing and I completely lost it. It might sound crazy but I felt my addiction leave my body that day and I'm now 6 years sober and have a new life in Him. He has blessed me with so much more than I ever could have imagined. God is so good and only He can break our chains!! Looking back on that part of my life feels more like a dream than a memory. I know that it was me, but it's not who I am today. Praise the Lord!! @@Zusinna respectfully I would like to challenge you on that point. I was not actually born again until a few years later when I obeyed the Word of God. Acts 2:38 says to repent and be baptized and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Jesus says unless you are born of water and the Spirit you cannot enter the Kingdom of God (John 3:5.) we are also told in 1 Peter 3:21 that corresponding to the flood in Noah’s days that baptism now saves us not the removal of dirt from our flesh but an appeal to God for a good conscience. Jesus also tells us in Matthew, “Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.’” Also in Romans we see this passage, “How shall we who died to sin still live in it? Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death? Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; for he who has died is freed from sin.” I would like to say that I used to attend a church who would baptize people maybe once a year. What we did there was the sinners prayer. Say this prayer and accept Jesus into your heart and you will be saved. If I may challenge you and ask you where in the Bible this is taught? And then encourage you to read the book of Acts and see that EVERY conversion story in Acts begins with baptism. I hope you see that this is entirely a respectful conversation. I would love for you to challenge me as well! Please think about all of this and don’t just take my word for it. Go and read the Word of God and take His! God bless you 💜

I never want to fight or argue about Jesus to anyone. 😊 I believe a person is born again by the spirit whenever the Holy Spirit takes up residence in us and that comes when anyone truly truly surrenders their heart to Jesus crying out to Him for forgiveness of their sins and placing complete faith in Him alone for salvation for what He did on the cross. And God knows each heart. And no I don’t believe in just saying that sinners prayer. I never ever ever went to church but I heard the Gospel message as a teen. And one day when I was 30 yrs old and very depressed I cried out to Jesus asked Him to forgive me for living a life ignoring Him. Forgive me for all my sins. I said Come into my heart and make me who you want me to be. Thank you for dying for my sins! So I was surrendering my life to Him in my house in my bedroom all alone. And from then on I literally felt His presence with me. He placed the Holy Spirit in me and I had new desires. To read the Bible and I understood it! To go to church and grow to know Him more. He’s never left my thoughts because He’s Emmanuel. God with us. God in us. I then did get water baptized. But it was yrs later baptized with speaking in tongues. But my born again experience was that moment alone when I cried out and surrendered and repented. I used to smoke and He immediately convicted me I needed to quit. I asked Him to take away the withdrawals people have from nicotine and if He’d do that I said I’ll walk away from them!lol I was such a baby! But The very next morning I woke up with such an eerie calmness inside me. I wasn’t craving my smokes. I thanked Him for I knew it was all Him. I didn’t smoke that day or any day after that because I knew He gave me that miracle! So anyway all I can say about my experience was the day I truly cried out and surrendered He came and saved me and I was born again. 😊 it’s been a journey but Jesus is faithful, not finished with me yet but He’s always with me. And I’m still growing. It will never end until I’m Home! Sorry I’m tired i can’t give more but I wanted to reply. This was all 30+ yrs ago. But that’s why I said what I said when you said you broke down in that church that day ( I took it as surrendering to him) and then the lord took away your addiction I was relating to it by my experience. Sometimes things are lost when texted. But I praise our Jesus and I pray His Holy Spirit go forth saving souls, changing lives and growing His Kingdom! Love you in Christ! 🙏❣️🕊️

About 27 years ago I was walking along with a woman who had been speaking to me about Jesus for, I don't know, a few months? I stopped suddenly as we were making our way and very frankly told her that I actually did want to follow Jesus but couldn't because I knew I would be unable to quit sinning. Her answer, "Is that all? You are right, you can't, but Jesus can as you turn your life over to Him and trust Him." It suddenly occurred to me that she was right, that if Jesus was who He said He was, that He could deliver me from my life of sin. That was the start of a new life of walking free. Thank you Jesus! I've never looked back.

I walked into AA and heard a voice say you are going to get sober in this room. Didn't know what that was but next man who spoke told his story that seemed just like mine. I conceded to my innermost self that I was an alcoholic, two weeks later I asked God," bud you have to help Me, I cannot do this on my own!! I had tried for 40 years and was sick and tired of being sick and tired always sucumbing to the only thing left in my life, the bottle. God took my desire to drink away that night, with God and AA I have been sober for 8+ years. Never knew life could be this good.

I'm 23 years old and have Hydrocephalus. Since the age of 2, I've had nearly 100 brain surgeries for my condition. I may not know what tomorrow holds, but I know who's holding my tomorrow. I rest peacefully at night knowing that if I die, that I'll be in eternity with the One who died to save me from my sin. God Bless you and your great strength. You are a warrior and an inspiration by your testimony. I've never smoked, drank or done drugs. I've never assaulted anyone and I don't have a criminal record. I sometimes feel like my struggles aren't important because they're not as major as others. I have my own issues that I'm working through. I know I'll get past them with God's help and His strength. I just stumbled onto this song the other day. Like so many others on here - I was a terrible human being but an USAF chaplain had the guts to tell me my problem was that I was going to hell and I knew it - that was over 30 years ago. In 2021 my cousin overdosed and was found unresponsive by his sister. The paramedics got him to the hospital just in time. They were able to bring him back and he quit drugs and left all of his friends and now is so strong in the gospel even though he grew up knowing it. He is now 3 years clean going on 4.

These testimonies. I love hearing about what God has done. I was a drug addict and alcoholic. I’d OD’d at a concert. OD’d. They were about to pronounce me (my soul left my body, and I could see what was happening). And God brought me back….2 yrs before I came to know Him, or even hear the Gospel. No crash cart to revive me, just my Lord and Savior (so literal) Jesus Christ. And now, 19 yrs later, I’m sober, set free, with a degree in Physical Therapy. 🙌🏼 None but Him. None but Him. No one is too far gone to be saved, to be delivered, to be set free. 🙌🏼 The running, though ( in the video). I felt that. I know it. Clothed in His glory, running toward my Savior. I picked Micah and his wife up in Nashville (uber driver)(had no clue who he was) and took them to the Opryland Hotel, I asked him what brought him to town he said he was singing at the dove awards that night. I asked him who he was and if he had anything i would recognize on the radio. He said yeah a couple of them. (this was 2019) I said Sing something for me, he broke out singing in my car and I knew instantly that kid was going places. He's an awesome guy as well and his wife was nice too. I thought I was walking with Him for the longest time - for years. Even though I was steeped in sin, and even though He’d pointed my sin out to me before. But a couple months ago He *really* went to town on me. And now my desire to sin the way I had is far less, and my desire for Him is much more. God led me to this song when I was pretty down, a little depressed and mostly grieving over my wife who passed. This song led me in to a worship for 5 hours straight. Worshiping God in Spirit and Truth! Complete with speaking in tongues. After a couple phone calls, I went back to worshiping all the way to bedtime ! God had broken the depression. This is one of my favorite music videos I've ever seen that God created. I battled a porn addiction since I was around 10, that led me down a path to become an adulterer using technology as a path for it before and after my wedding at age 32. I found Christ in 2017 when my soon to be wife and I met. She encouraged it. I got baptized the beginning of 2019, got married 6 months later. Everything came out a year later and only by the power of Christ on The Cross was she able to forgive me and love me again knowing that's not who I was, but I also am beginning to use my experience to help walk other men thought their struggles and encourage them of a the better ways they can Walk Free. Its only found at The Cross. We are all captives till we ACCEPT that Jesus set us free! My wife and I have our struggles, I still battle with my faults but I know God has my back, and He is at the center of our marriage, healing and pushing us for more!
