Ok #1 Brian was never the leader nor was Freddie. All members claimed that there was no official leader on multiple occasions. #2 because of the fact queen was formed in 71 by smile replacing there singer for freddie who had a lot of singing history behind him why is brians story more important then Freddies especially since when smile "broke up" if it wasn't freddie that took over the band would never have been called queen and probably wouldn't have made it big, approximately 3/4 of their hits in the 70s were written by freddie. I got to number 11 before i got the shits with mistakes and irrelevance.

Actually, the Red Special was stolen and missing for a short period, but it certainly wasn't years. That's when Brian had the replica made and mainly used that on tours as not to be robbed again.

Yeah, I just saw a cool looking Queen video in my recommended feed without paying attention to the channel. As a die-hard fan, I was hoping to learn something new, instead we got a lot of mistakes and non-queen related information. If I cared about celebrity nonsense, I would just search for that instead. If I cared about people making silly Facebook pages about Freddie's mustache, I would just go to Facebook (which I would never do). I wanted to learn about Queen, and some of the memorable things they did during their career. What about all the fun interactions between them as friends? I mean, most of the information here that wasn't either false or irrelevant, was the bare minimum facts that you can find anywhere else. I wish they thought about adding some lesser known facts with the basic ones, so everyone could learn a little more about them. I saw the video they did on Fall Out Boy, and it was better than this one. Sure it had a lot of mistakes and irrelevant information in it, but it also had good facts that made up for the blunders, and I felt like I still learned something. This video on the other hand, did not. I apologize for the rant, I'm just very disappointed.

Fact #33 I'm pretty sure Brian and Roger have stated that the whole NO SYNTHESIZERS! thing came about because lots of people thought that Brian's unique guitar sound was a Moog or something similar so it was just to clarify that. My Queen story: I have been a Queen fan ever since Bohemian Rhapsody. I saved my money from my paper route It was the first album I bought. And wow! Not a single bad track but I was disappointed not to find Killer Queen on it. I ended up going through the import bins and bought every album that had Queen on it. '76 was such a magical year for me. It started out with just two songs. But when I listened to those albums.... not a bad song in the lot and nothing that sounded like album filler. So when I found out that Queen was on tour and coming to my city I camped out to wait in line for tickets. Ended up with some decent floor seats. Richfield Coloseum was a small venue. Only about 20,000 seats. But Freddie and the boys played it like it was an arena. Then it happened. Freddie called me out by name. A couple of times. I totally freaked and wanted to disappear. So I didn't answer. My then wife was urging me to go. When people around me realized it was me, they were urging me to go. I didn't and within a few uncomfortable minutes Queen picked right up on the second set list. It was one hell of a show. Each of the guys had their moment to shine and shined they did. Two guitar solos, a drum solo, and of course Freddie going acapella and then drawing the audience in. Freddie knew how to work am audience.

Huh, that's funny. I've always loved '39 and have been frustrated for years that when people talk about Queen no one ever mentions it. I know plenty of Queen fans that who have never heard of it, but I love that song. You just blew my mind. I always pictured a fairy tale with a clipper ship that sailed away to sea and the woman waiting on the beach writing letters in the sand while she waited for the ships to return.
