@@Dnh-Bear I'm kinda new to cars. How do you shift gears in this car? There isn't a thing where I put it into park or reverse. Is it the stick on the steering wheel and if so then how do I work it? Could you send a video tutorial. Thanks

I just bought an 05. Mileage is high at 129,000...but for $2000 its a great deal. The car runs and looks great. Only thing it needed was an a/c recharge, and I took care of that yesterday. Now it's tip top. Love this car!

I liked the ones that were in the 2000-2003 models as well as the gauge cluster from those years too.
@joegartner77369 ай бұрын
Also, the sides did change just slightly, if you pay close attention you'll see they changed the door handles in 2004-07 Not only that but in 2000-03 the trunk lid had carpeting that they took out in 2004 and the main piece of carpet over top of the spare wheel was stitched together and had a plastic handle in 2000-03. In 2004 it was just the carpet glued to a board with plastic glued on the bottom of that

Michael, I just bought a 2005 F Taurus (4 door sedan). It doesn’t have an owners manual. I am trying to put seat covers on the back bench seat. How do I get the back rest portion to fold down- it is NOT split like the one you showed in the video (there aren’t any pull down straps or releases that I see…….) Please tell me that this back seat DOES fold down🙏🏼🙏🏼……

drive does not give the car more power, it just prevents the car from shifting into 4th gear, thereby giving it more torque from 35 mph to about 55 mph. after about 55 mph, it is necessary to shift into overdrive. but it doesn't affect the acceleration if you keep your foot into it

and if you can find a 3.4L v-8 that still runs I would highly recommend swapping it into either your gen 3 or gen 4. Just make sure you weld the cams

I have an 01 SES, 90k miles.. bought it for only $2200 out the door. This wasn't no beater either, it was spotless inside and out, Leather and everything. In April I drove it from ohio all the way to california.. I had no problems with it at all. And my butt didn't go numb from all the driving! You can get these cars in really good condition for a real good price. The license plate on this car ERP****, is the same as my plate.. I thought that was Ohio!

Try driving in "drive" (Plain D) rather then "overdrive" (D inside white circle) if you want more power from the V6 engine. Overdrive is better for every day driving, because it saves on gas by using a lower RPM. If you still have the problem, have it inspected. (I own a 05' Ford Tauras SEL.)
