Well, I don't see anything funny about this particular show ... but look at the excitement and joy in their faces. Look at how everyone is happy in the comment section. However, let this same show be hosted by a Ghanaian in Ghana, my people would not appreciate it, no one would support it, only a few will attend, and they would watch without even clapping. Anyway, I love my country Ghana 🇬🇭 and love my people too. Steve is a comedian by trade. Not as funny as he may like to be, but he was trying to be humorous and yet it came off as rude and condescending. However, make no mistakes....African Americans are still Africans and he wasn't being a separatist on this show. He just kept missing his mark with the jokes due to cultural misalignment. He may have assumed that Ghanaian families are also as loosely entertained as South Africans and that is where it seemed that he missed the mark. The guy wasn't being rude on purpose. He just doesn't know the culture.

Using terms like "homophobic" shows that you all love to pander and adopt Eurocentric ideologies above common sense. Steve is a comedian, and although he's not so funny in my opinion, anyone with eyes can see that he was just trying to be a colorfully entertaining host in this segment. I have come to realize that, our main problem as a people all over the world is that, we love to hate one another based on differences of birth regions, languages, light skin vs dark skin, hair textures, music etc all of these same tribalistic handicaps that caused us to be divided and conquered to begin with while simultaneously loving everyone else outside of our Global Diaspora. Let's learn to love one another based on our similarities rather than continue to be divisive based on how our enemies have successfully separated us for centuries.
