I’m looking to be a fighter hopefully for the ufc one day it’s typically what’s done with their money some are getting bottom of the barrel like 20k maybe a fight but from the middle to the top they make quite a bit you have to put it in other places to make you successful outside the ufc but with that being said I do think for the athletic role they are playing base pay should be a little higher hockey is the most underpaid of any of the big 4 North American sports and they still earn a league min of 500,000 but at the same time they play an 80 game season not 3 fight a year if that

@@itsme3550 currently I don’t have a place to train my whole family and I are only invested in hockey and I’m currently moving I typically just practice with my younger brother and use things like tires and old hockey stuff to get training I would only be a flyweight and my brother would be at his typical weight a middle weight so it pretty decent I’d say from the Midwest so I just really don’t know where to go once we are done moving though I plan on walking into a gym and saying would you allow me to train and get help finding competition but from what I know in the last year I’ve been obsessed with this since you must have decent striking with your hands from boxing I’d recommend some sort of ground game gym wrestling or ju jistu to get started other than that if your not like me and are comfortable with unfamiliar places just go ask around you’d be surprised how far a good boxing base would get you in mma
