The only reason Trump wasn't charged in 2018 is because he was the sitting president. The attorney/client confidentiality gets tossed immediately when the client and the attorney are committing crimes.

It’s so frustrating that Robby and Bri haven’t taken one millisecond to look up the underlying campaign law - Bri is especially derelict in her duty seeing as how she’s a lawyer. It’s only a campaign finance issue if and only if the payment was made for the sole purpose of getting elected. E.G. Purchasing a suit would not count because you could wear it for non-election reasons. Polling, on the other hand, would count because the sole reason is related to election. MOTIVATION, or INTENT nor the ACTUAL reason for the payment has absolutely no bearing on anything. There are many reasons to want to conceal an allegation of an affair that have nothing to do with an election. It is NOT a violation of campaign finance. Do a tiny bit of research please.
