Michael's right though! Sonny can't necessarily take the moral high ground over AJ because he does things that are just as bad as him! What right does Sonny have to judge AJ! Sonny even shot his own son Dante, planted a bomb that almost got Kristina killed, and Michael took a bullet in the head that was meant for Sonny! So yeah he's put his children at risk multiple times! And he's done a lot worse to other people! Michael's right about Carly as well, she latches on, holds grudges, doesn't give people chances, can be just as vindictive, etc.! She doesn't have a right to take the moral high ground either with AJ! The only person in this that has a right to make any decisions involving any of them in regards to what Michael does or doesn't do with AJ is Michael himself! No one else!

To me Sonny will always be Michaels father. Just Because he is AJs blood does not make them family...

RORYANN MAKEUP That’s not how it works you can’t make someone be something that they’re not besides there is no justification for Sonny hanging AJ from a meat hook forcing AJ to sign away his parental rights AJ could’ve had Sonny arrested for kidnapping and assault

Sonny should never have had anything to do with Michael in the first place. He definitely should have kept out of the drama between AJ and Carly in the beginning. He did steal Michael from AJ. AJ deserved a relationship with Michael throughout the ENTIRETY of his life ONLY if he continued rehab. AJ was no saint but Sonny and Carly were way worse!
