I think she really trying to get a message out and even though it's cringe worthy to hear it on probably half of her interviews about Root and Shaw (I have a bad case of secondhand embarrassment), I truly appreciate her effort.

takewhataway I think in this interview and the EW one, she went a bit too far out of her way to mention Root and Shaw. There is MUCH more to their characters than the Root/Shaw-niness of it all. But like you, I do appreciate the effort.

+JstSmA i think she's just trying to support gay people..i am really a fan of Sarah, and of course i watched the L word just because of her..and yes , of course half of her interviews are about Root and Shaw, now there is nothing to talk about, from what they said i understand that in this season there will be more Root and Shaw scenes, and she's excited about that i guess, that's why she talks and talks about it all the time

this show deserved at least a FULL final season. if not 5 more haha. but damn there were just so many possibilities, so many places the story could go. we actually got a unique and well-executed show that also made you think. and they go and cancel it, yet continue to give us the same boring, uninspired, bland, and procedural doctor/lawyer/cop shows.....and their 200 spinoffs. so frustrating. wish POI could’ve been picked up by hulu or netflix.
