1. Wide shot, pan of crowds
2. Wide shot, with zoom in, best actor winner Michael Fassbender, UPSOUND Reporter: "For everybody you were the winner." SOUNDBITE (English) Michael Fassbender: "Grazie, grazie mille."
Reporter: "But I just apologize because they haven''t awarded the movie because the movie is wonderful too."
Fassbender: "Well you know, that is really the reason I''m standing here is because of Steve, Steve McQueen. He always tries to ask questions which are relevant to today and put us in a place that sometimes is not so comfortable and that is what is so special about here - that the Venice audience really took it on board and they were honest and appreciated the film. I''m very very grateful."
Reporter: "I am so happy they have understood the movie."
Fassbender: "Me too, you know, that is the thing, when you start doing something like this you think it is important to yourself and you hope that it''s going to affect other people like does yourself and that is the best we try and do. You know, real story telling and hopefully it touches people and they ask some questions and we try and figure out exactly what we are doing here as a human race."
Reporter: "Your first important award."
Fassbender: " Yes, that you (shows off award)."
Reporter: "How are you going to celebrate?"
Fassbender: "I''ve already drank some beer out of this, look, you can see there is still a little bit left in here. In fact, I''ll drink some more (drinks beer out of award). It''s very good."
Reporter: " Have you managed to phone anybody yet? Any family members?"
Fassbender: "Yeah, I just send a photo to my parents, so I''m waiting to hear a reply there."
Reporter: "Congratulations."
Fassbender: "Thank you so much."
