Gosh, this really works as an instrumental. Not sure if Joni ever topped this melodic-wise, although she had a run of great albums.

Thank you I think Michael is her imaginary son she is thinking of having when she makes believe that she will be a mother one day. He’s a Boy Scout or a kid who’s always out exploring in the mountains like the boy from the animated movie, The Rescuers Down Under. :)
