Functional life jackets is a must must MUST. Licensed Boats should have 2 Engines ON. Boats instruments and ancillary machinery should be checked by authorities from time to time. Propellers of engines should have guard on them, to avoid bodily injuries just in case in emergency the engine remains on in an accident and the passenger goes towards to running engine.
