Every time I hear him sing, it’s like the first time. I met him in Vegas, singing, a few years after he won AGT. His voice is even better in person. I hope he is still touching the hearts of the masses. What a talented guy. I have all his CDs and recommend everyone clicking on this to hear him sing, buy your own copies. Totally worth it!

Incredible and perfect performance, and at the 3:03 mark, he points to his girlfriend, and smiles at her at the end of the song. He sang it to her with all the passion and soul..... he was clearly the winner!! Watching this 13 years after I saw it live. Outstanding!!!

I like that he chooses the 60’s and 70’s music. I grew up on it and he sings it without trying to make it fancy which I really appreciate. Keeps it simple and does a wonderful job. He could go blues too. Stevie Ray Vaughn !

Many people believe this song was produced by Michael Bolton, as he did do very well recreating this beautiful song. But it is originally produced by Calvin Lewis and Andrew Wright. Percy Sledge would later record the hit in 1966 at Norala Sound Studio in Sheffield, Alabama. It made number one on both the Billboard Hot 100 and R&B singles charts. 🙏🏽

AryaJennifer because the Runner Up to him was a 10 year old girl who could barely sing opera, and it was like a Kris Allen and Adam Lambert situation, Simon purposely promoted the little 10 year old, and didnt even try to promot Michael, so Michael went back to singing in Vegas, and now, that 10 year old girl(Jackie Evancho) is 17, and she sang for Trump, and she is a Trump supporter

What BS. That 10-year-old girl DID sing opera, because she's classically trained in it. And holding her own in the duet with Sarah Brightman on AGT's finale night was a great example of her phenomenal ability in singing opera. Michael Grimm is an incredible singer as well, but he didn't want to be promoted in the way most of the industry promotes stars today. The guy won the competition, so try and be happy about that.
