Here is what usually happens when I watch American idol or the voice. I’m on my phone, work out, check my email etc. when this kid comes on I get goosebumps on my arm and tears are rolling down my cheeks. This is how I discriminate between artists. This kid is the kindest sweetest soul. You just know that he is special and it’s more than just having a good voice. God really took his sweet time with this kiddo!

Yes, you do, but you don't want to accept it . Winning is not always about who has the best voice. It is sometimes about marketing, selling records, politics, affirmative action, etc. Sometimes candidate C wins while candidate A has a better voice, but they choose C because they know that candidate has all the qualities to make it, even without winning.
