Idgaf if this man died a decade ago, this man will be the reason rappers and singers do music. Through all the BS He was put through from childhood to adulthood he still made sure that the children and his music was a priority. We didn’t deserve this man. He opened doors for people he never even met and for that never in my life will I not have the same creative mentality as that man. Michael Jackson you are not dead you are at peace enjoy your rest you deserve it for giving us a lifetimes worth of you. The greatest to ever do it

The same happened to me. I was born in 91 and my parents listened to Michael Jackson a lot and watched his videoclips on TV. I would watch too and got fascinated by his dance moves. My parents even used the Black or White vídeo to explain racism to me, when I was 3. I had a little black buddy in my kindergarden and it was the first time I'd seen a person of color, so I was a little frightened. He was the only one there and on top of it he was a bully and would hurt me. My parents showed me the vídeoclip and said: "You see Michael? He is dancing with many different people, with different skincolours. Your friend comes from a place where people have this color." I got less frightened and the next day my dad talked him into being my friend and he stop being so mean. He then kissed me in the ear to make peace (too proud to kiss on the cheek😆) and became my protector in kindergarden 😆I'm almost 30 and still adore Michael Jackson!

Just so you guys know this song was made for Diana Ross. Diana Ross met Michael when he was 9 years old when she was 23 she basically groomed him to be her lover. I just watched a video on Facebook that confirmed everything it's actually on my wall. So I guess this means Diane Ross is a pedophile with Michael Jackson and Michael Jackson is the victim

What's wrong with these people. I loved Songs made by The Weeknd, just because his voice is very much similar to MJ. Having similar voice doesn't mean one is better than the other. I remember seeing a clip were MJ was talking to Princess Diana and since Princess Diana was going to be at his concert she asked if he was performing "Dirty Diana" and he said No because he wanted to respect her and she was like "aww no thats my favorite song" Edit: Guys I know the song wasn't meant for Princess Diana and for the ppl saying it was meant for Diana Ross u are also incorrect. The song was about a groupie. "I wrote a song called 'Dirty Diana.' It was not about Lady Diana. It was about a certain kind of girls that hang around concerts or clubs, you know, they call them groupies. I've lived with that all my life. These girls... they do everything with the band, you know, everything you could imagine." -Michael Jackson

In 1988, Diana and Prince Charles attended the London concert of Jackson’s Bad World Tour. As a result, Jackson wanted to be as respectful as possible, taking the song “Dirty Diana” out of the setlist as a result. However, when the two met prior to the show, she convinced him otherwise. “I took it out of the show in honor of Her Royal Highness,” Jackson said during a 1997 interview with Barbara Walters, sharing that Diana asked him during the meet-and-greet before the show, “Are you going to do Dirty Diana?” “I said, ‘No, I took it out of the show because of you,’” Jackson continued. “She said, ‘No! I want you to do it. Do it. Do the song.’”

Michael Jackson was crowned as king of rock, but of course white people didn’t want want that because they believed that Elvis is the king rock, which is not with his stealing self. His moves and guitar playing came from black Americans, so they’ve created a new genre which we know is pop.

I don't think the world took his Art for granted. Things just spun so out of control for him, media really drove him past the edge. I think it came to a point where he just had enough, enough of all. Fame and Fortune are not what people think it is if you don't have peace of mind and heart. Still, everybody seems to chase it. Also being able to trust the people that surround and "help" you is so difficult yet so important.
