mjfangirl and Randall from LEGO MASTERS Season 2 are back with another Michael Jackson tour reaction. In this Michael Jackson reaction we will be watching one of the best Jacksons shows, the Victory Tour Live in Toronto. The Victory Tour was unique because it was the tour inspired by Motown 25 and was to feature all 6 brothers. If you are wondering why Jackie wasn't on the Victory Tour, it is due to him breaking his leg but he joined for some of the shows later in the tour. The Jacksons and Michael Jackson sing live, dance with power and agility, and entertain in one of the most memorable Jackson shows.
Original Video- • Michael Jackson & The ...
Setlist:
1. Sword in the Stone (Introduction)
2. Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'
3. Things I Do for You
4. Off the Wall
5. Human Nature

8. Let's Get Serious
9. Dynamite
10. Tell Me I'm Not Dreamin' (Too Good to Be True)

I don’t know why, but I’m so obsessed with 15:40 - 15:48 .. there’s something about the way he sings and then stops singing mid-sentence to break out into a dancemove (I love what he’s doing with his legs after the spin)… in combination with the sound of the synths.. The man was FEELING the music!! 🔥

Hi MJ Jackson fan family I'm 57 I saw the Jacksons 3 times in concert, I was at the Victory Tour in Knoxville TN, they did not do the that long intro but they did have the steps, I still have the program from the concert, we had great seats!! My last concert I went to was the Bad Tour, no one did like the King!!!!

I’ve seen the victory tour in Montreal, To me this is the best tour, This is the time where michael was at his highest peak, thriller had just recently came out.. and shook the entire planet by storm…. And also just the fact that he’s there with his brothers, its nice to see them all together. And michael just looks so dope in that error., and with all that gear the crystals and sequence jackets. Just incredible. And full of attitude when he’s singing. Love it!!! I just get goosebumps every time I watch him. Someone told me ,the time he was here in Montreal ,at one point before the concert he was on the road and had to get out of the limo and just start dancing on the sidewalk. Because he just had that urge to dance. MJ forever!!!!

I'm in my fifties and this man even though he's physically not here he lives through his performances. I watch his concerts almost EVERYDAY. There's nobody like him. He was magical and specially created by GOD. Love you KING OF POP. Nobody will EVER take your place in music history❤☺

I was at the victory tour in Chicago il, the victory tour was a rehash of the triumph tour but with some added songs with thriller and Jermaine. It was a excellent show one of the best I've ever seen ... of course Jackie missed due to a knee injury suffered during rehearsal , he got into an "entanglement" due to .... lol well you know.....marlon kind of had to dance by himself and choreography was changed as Jackie main did the routines with marlon while randy worked with the band. Jackie was a main part of the harmony on songs and so much about the show had to be changed due to no Jackie.... dance routines, vocal harmonies etc...

That is Marlon in the back with the adlibbing with the screams and jungle sounds. Some of the moves Marlon choregraph himself and put those moves in his own music video. The Victory Tour is my favorite next to Michael Jackson Bad 87 Japan. The brothers coming up together in the silhouette in very emotional and powerful their heights are near perfect and the same.

From what I understand the sword in the stone sketch and the battle cry of, “Arise all the world and behold The Kingdom” has to do with Jehovah’s Witness iconography. And the stuff that Randall mentioned he thought were rooted in the Victory tour- much of it actually came from The Triumph tour. Listen to “The Jackson’s Live” and you’ll hear the origins of a lot of this show including the other brothers making strange yelps and cat calls. All of the J5 medley, including banter, and all of the Jacksons’ material is lifted wholesale.

At 12:28 it was the right lyric they did that for every show it’s just Michael changed it up for bad, dangerous, and history. I was at 3 Victory Tour shows, Giants Stadium NJ,MSG NY and RFK Stadium. The sword in the stone intro and the one pulling the sword was Randy Jackson. The Jacksons Triumph Tour was the clear blueprint for the Victory Tour and pretty much every solo.tour Michael did afterwards. The Bad Tour was basically the Victory Tour minus the brothers. Jackie Jackson injured his knee and missed the first half of the tour, but he did come back towards the end in fact ,Jackie was in NY and NJ at those shows singing off stage and came out on crutches during I'll be there. Side note, the video of Torture was filmed during the NY stops of the Tour. For the Marlon haters ,Marlon choreographed the majority of the Tour along with Michael and was the primary choreographer of the group since the J5 days. The noises your hearing in the background are Marlon and Randy, but also the quality of the tape causing sound glitches. I know Michael was huge ,but believe me all the brothers killed ,and Marlon is the only person I have ever seen go pretty much toe to toe with Michael onstage. They were actually scheduled to reunite on This is It Tour with the brothers coming onstage during the last half for the Jackson 5 segment.

If you read "Magic and the Madness", the jacksons were trained to NOT deviate from the routine that worked the previous tour. Unfortunately it made them predictable. Mj asked Springsteen in the book how he could change up every show.
