This is the version I first heard on the radio in 2006! I don't remember the radio station but it was an unofficial release that had been leaked. I remember feeling excited that Michael was finally releasing a new song but then it went back in the vault. He was taking baby steps to return to the spotlight after the trial. During every award show I would hope that he'd show up with a surprise performance but it never happened.

Interesting that this would drop on the radio first, my understanding was that it was a remix of a then unreleased song. I just couldn't imagine the radio stations where I live doing that. A cool song though. I first came across it on KZbin back in 2007 or so.

I heard it finally. The whole album just... ugh.. only songs I like is Chicago , Loving you and Love never felt so good and their orginals still sound better too. They should have never fucked with stuff. Ugh lol. I heard the fugees did this song here with out MJ's permission not sure if its true or not cause I was told he let em , either way this one here is amazing :)) We dont get good music no more.

I remember when it came on the radio, at least when it premiered which I think was the Fall/Winter of 2007, around the same time when Michael's last Ebony interview was released. I still regret not buying a hundred of those magazines. I didn't want to be selfish at the time but at least I bought 3. 🤫

Sabrina Sherman Lol yeah :) I love him and his music heavily. I remember this was out years and years ago and then Xscape does theirs and im like O_o why don't they just put this one on there instead? They did this when MJ was alive and he was cool with it. Xscape , he had no control over to do it in true 1000% Michael fashion the way he wanted it. He said one time "I rather burn my music..." than allow someone to touch it ,mess it up. I won't lie Xscape is a good album but it should've been 100000 better if they did it the Michael Jackson way instead of doing they half done twists lol.

The Fugees remix was something being worked on for the album that would become Michael. The original version from Invincible is on Xscape Deluxe. Marcus Carlsson I agree Marcus! I said the samething! I said Fuck Xscape one. I'm not sure if Fugees did a remix on their own. I did HEAR. Again "HEAR" several times that Michael did this with them. Michael has been on alot of "FT" and "remixes" no one never knows about. Lol he even said it out his own mouth. So it could be very possible that he did this with them. I may or may not be correct but if I ever get a confirm , I'll post it in description. Xscape's , (Even tho I love Timbaland lol) they just edited the hell out of the "Demo" or whatever out of it.
