The noise you're referring to is actually a bad recording of this track, clashing with the chorus effect on the backing vocals. The BPM isn't off, it's spot on in fact. Especially taking into account the original track was not made as a 4/4 Disco/House track. Learn something before you try to be the jack of all and master of nothing.
