Thank you. Wow you really have a better time with the modx? I find Roland keyboards faaar easier to program and work with than any Yamaha or Korg keyboard. Roland makes everything intuitive and user friendly, Yamaha and Korg not so much (in my experience)

Good job! I've owned this keyboard for a week-end, before returning it because of its unpleasant piano sound. However I loved the very detailed and featureful interface, which made me hesitate quite a bit. I'm impressed to see how fast you can create your sounds and rhythms, but based on my memories of the device I'm not even surprised ;-)

I love my Fantom because of the outstanding synth engine Zen-Core, because of how intuitive and user friendly the interface is and because of TR-rec. Yes the Fantom 0 piano sounds are a bit weak, Roland made this compromise to be able to deliver on the idea of a Fantom for half the price of the big ones. Most people are aware of the weak piano going into the Fantom 0s. In my opinion it's better have one synth workstation with a synth keybed and a separate digital piano for the weighted keys and a proper piano sound, so I was comfortable getting the Fantom 06 because I have a Yamaha P115. You sure you will not get your Fantom back? It's definitely worth the price 😃

@@AllanLoboVST by then I expected it to become my main keyboard and to mostly use piano. I changed it for a Korg Krome which has an excellent piano (9 non-loop non-truncated samples for each 88 notes), good enough drums and a few correct instruments, but a crappy interface and a horrible key bed + hardware bugs (bad capacitors making the screen fail after 1-2 years). I now have a Genos which is cool for plenty of things, and chain it to the Krome for the piano which remains far superior there. But I don't totally exclude to buy a Fantom one day, just for the pleasure. All this takes a lot of room though!

@@levieux1137 Nice! Hahaha yeah Korg doesn't really care much about user interface.... I sold my Kronos to get my Fantom 06 because of that and other things.... I simply couldn't have fun making sounds in the Kronos, the menu gave me windows 98 feelings...I don't think I'll ever go back to Korg. A montage would be a great addition though

@@AllanLoboVST ah yes, I tried the Kronos for maybe two hours in the shop. That Win98 feeling you're speaking about, I felt exactly the same! Everything was all but natural there, including the sounds, so I gave up. The vendor told me that he got multiple such feedbacks. The device seems to be tailored to play known songs quickly but not much to create anything.
