The craziest thing about this is how advanced technology and music production has come in the past 30. You have proven that you can make a complete backing track with no instruments whatsoever and nothing more than a phone with probably more power than all the tools in those studios in the 1980s combined. Plus, it takes a very steady hand and a good ear to get everything nearly pitch perfect to the original. I'm impressed and applauding right now. Almost makes me curious how MJ would have used this tech now.

I swear MJ is the only artist I see people bring up the "hE cOuLdN't pLaY iNsTrUmEnTs oR rEaD mUsIc" argument to make him look lesser than. And FYI, he wote many of his songs, he plays piano on his song "Don't Be Messin' Round" and is credited with playing percussions, guitar and drums on some songs. Most importantly, his voice was an instrument - the guy was amazing at dictating various melodies and notes onto his tape recorder by beatboxi g what he heard in his head and then would ould a song from there. Yes, he wasn't at the proficient level like others but let's not pigeonhole him as just a "singer". He was clearly more than that.
