Arguably the greatest team and era that transcended the game of basketball to a whole new dimension into the outersphere and definately paved the way for the Koby and the Lakers that kept theat glitz and stravagensa going in to the new mellenium. One word to describe M.J's game at that time-Unstop-a-bull.

Hey bball memories, you are of right - Jordan definately got a big one handed dunk at Milwaukee in the 96-97 season. I remember it, the bulls were wearing black and he came down in semi-transition did a little inside out dribble and drove in jumped of one foot and dunked it one handed. It must have been in another game in Milwaukee that season. Great video mlynch!

What an impossibly smooth fadeaway jumper MJ had. I also enjoyed seeing the crossover he uses to get open near the end of the 3rd quarter - he'd later use that exact same crossover against Byron Russell and hit the Championship-winning shot against the Jazz for his 6th ring. Nice job by the reporter at the end stumbling on his words about 26 times haha.

Because he was a fantastic passer who played within the system. Teams knew he'd pick them apart with his passing if they overcommitted.

Good times for the Bulls...same building in which they made history, winning number 70 on 4/16/96..

3:53-3:56 watch that move Jordan put on Newman. WOOOOOOOOOOW. SHOOK ONES BABY
@arkade234517 жыл бұрын
that jumper at 3:55 looks familiar! No coincidence that it is the same exact shot he did to beat Utah in 98 for the title. he even held his extension long too. MJ has done this exact move often throughout his career so that shot against Russel was no fluke; just a tried and true offensive tactic

Why the hell is he geting so much isolations without being doubled?

Thx again mlynch. I have to say though MJ's shot form was weird in this game. Dunno why but it looks that way to me. Great game anyway

It's a crossover.

You're probably thinking of when MJ scored 44 vs. Milwaukee in the '98 season. The youtube user kOrOne79 has it up on his page, so you can check it out.

Im not hating, i think MJ's shotform was the best in NBA history. But i've seen a lot of games and in this one he wasnt shootin like usual IMO.
