Although MJ is goat, I find lebrons highlights a lot more entertaining, wild truck speeding through everyone and having some crazy athletic blocks and beautiful assists, MJ was more eloquent and controlled but not his highlights arent as entertaining although he is obviously better

Defensive schemes were terrible/ nonsensical back then. Average athleticism today is on another level. That being said, MJ was a man among boys and would dominate in todays game. The dropoff just wouldn't be as crazy and his game would look completely different

@@nikosuarilla5562 Well it depends if you were born in 94 you are by definition a millennial but you would not remember MJs last years with the bulls. But if you were born in 1984 you are also a millennial but would have been 14 when MJ one his last championship and you may have been watching Jordan intently. It depends The generation grouping are made so we can groups people by age who had similar experiences and lived and witnessed the same things but the world changes so quick that even within our generational groupings we experienced different things. For instance I am part of the early section of Gen Z by most people account. I was born in 1999. My nephew was born in 2009 and the election of president Obama will mean two different things to him and to me. I watched the US elect its first black president on TV and heard his inauguration speech on tv and my nephew was born into a world where the leader of the free world was a black man. It's simple if your a 70s or 80s baby then Michael Jordan is your GOAT and there's no debate. If your an early 90s baby like myself Kobe Bryant is my GOAT, late 90s early 2000s it's most likely gonna be LeBron. The END. But I'm glad this documentary coming out cause I wasn't around to see all his games and the stories. This should change millennials minds or at least open their eyes when they think about the GOAT debate. They love his sneakers now they need to watch the man behind the sneakers.

Michael Jordan was the best player of all time because not only did he have the flash, athletic ability but also the most fundamentally sound player. He could finish at the rim, go left or right and change direction while keeping the same speed, post up smaller defenders, unstoppable midrange pull-up, baseline fade-away, and shoot 3’s if he wanted too. Complete two way superstar. In one season he won the MVP, Scoring Title, Defensive Player of the Year, All Star MVP, & Slam Dunk Champ. He was the most athletic guy in the league, but also had the highest work ethic, and best offensive player and defender in one package. Long Live the GOAT 🐐

The 1991 Bulls were not favored in the Finals. MJ’s greatness propelled them to win in 5, even the announcers were shocked that they won the series. Magic was 2nd in MVP voting and the Lakers dominated a really good Portland team. MJ’s clutch shot in Game 3 if the series doesn’t get talked about often. If that shot doesn’t happen, the Bulls go down 2-1 in the 2-3-2 format. MJ is the GOAT.

SuperPunch76 the stadium was like no other! I would go to Blackhawk games too(Ed Balfour, Jeremy Roenick days) cause my dad was a cop that got free tickets. You know what though, crowds were less egotistical back then. People REALLY lost themselves at games and enjoyed them for what they truly were instead of staring at they phones and taking selfies.

MJ is the player that paved the future of the NBA into this giant face recognizable all around the world. Before his era, nobody outside the US really care about the NBA. Now we have great players from different nationalities. Giannis, Luka, just to name a few. This is why most people will always consider MJ as the GOAT.
