Most teams in the 90s were not built on flash like today's teams. They focused on fundamentals team oriented basketball. I started playing basketball in 90-ies when I was in grade school being inspired by MJ23. I’m over 30 now and still playing ball and watching MJ23 games. At school I was good at track and field and more successful but I always preferred to play basketball as I did at college. I was the captain of the college boys’ team and trained college girls’ team at the same time. What great times. That passion to play. Even with the broken ankle and finger which you mention after game done. Now you have other priorities in life. And basketball also part of it

When lebron can actually dunk or finish on a real big while receiving loads of contact for instance having your arms literally being pulled down while driving for a layup and still make it like MJ did in a game against the celtics and many others, there isnt even any actually real bigs anymore its all just small ball not even close to the realm of physicality as back in the 80s-90s then maybe ill consider lebron to be at least stronger but if he keeps falling down cuz somone breaths on him hes a bitch. I think that one of the most relevant aspects beside talent and dedication is "fun". Michael loved to play and in football it always reminds me of Ronaldinho. When he lost the "fun" at playing football, his game got really bad in comparison to what he was capable.
