The Valor II just got delivered to me door! Thank you TTK for the killer deal alert, this is the second killer deal I need to thank you for, Grabbed a Bugera head a few yrs ago. The Valor is a nice guitar and my first hard tale, Im liking how soft it feels, fit and finish seems top notch. Best $195 ive spend this year!!!

FYI, Michael Kelly says the reason they designed the back trem. cover like that because some guitarists, like Eric Johnson, claim a Strat sounds better with the cover removed - it's designed to achieve the same tonal effect and still look classy.

Michael Kelly's are very affordable. I own a 53 Tele and LUV It. The only thing I didn't like were the pickups, personal taste. I have a lot of respect for Michael Kelly's. Mine I got new for $350. Blues On....

+The Tone King I had been asleep earlier a little after 8PM last night and I slept till around 11:30 so you guessed it, I was up watching the stuff on DVR all night long. I just woke up to let the doggies out for their morning run in the back yard. Plus I just downloaded Windows 10 so I am totally FREAKED out again as I had just started getting used to Windows 8.1 and now things I liked are now either all gone or have been well hidden with Win 10. So I have a load of reading to do and trial and error clicking to do for months to come now. So you must know that I'd rather be spending that time playing the guitar instead. So I'm going to end up calling you for tech support from here on in. :)

Are those locking tuners? Just look like standard Grovers 18:1 to me. I don't see the locking bolt.

Nice guitar for the money sounds nice bought Michael Kelly years ago great rock field pickups great for the money seems like the switching system is a rip off blade guitars I have a blade rh2 brilliant guitar great neck plays brilliant but these guitars for the money are hard to beat
