I could be totally wrong, but in reading her letter regarding the lawsuit she wasn’t claiming she was supposed to be in charge, she wasn’t claiming the brothers were mishandling the team and not meeting their obligations and responsibilities- so she felt she had no choice to sue.

I red flag anyone who's first move is to claim racism...she needs to cut her 💩. The move to air out publicly the lawsuit was in bad taste and a sabotage of the franchise. As for the brothers..if they're in control then they are doing a HORRIBLE job of continuing what Peter started. Any talks of trading any of what's left of the top pitching is huge mistake and it doesn't matter if it's for Vlad Jr. like one of the bs rumors out there. This division demands teams have minimum 3 aces now. Peter did not leave us in "rebuild" mode. He left us as a bully in the west and the league.
