People like Michael has never invested and has never reached returns that would consider to be good. Why would you interview him? Listen, the whole interview and I can tell you that time was wasted. Michael writes a lot mumbo jumbo that has no relevance to 99% of the population. 99% of the listeners are small time wanna be investors. We don’t need these intricate systems. Simplicity trumps the complexity.

So, you're saying that the guy being interviewed is not an investor and the people listening to it are "small time wannabe investors"? You're having a "you" problem not an "us" problem. You somehow convinced yourself that you're the only "real" investor or are seemingly the only person capable of identifying a "real" investor? You're delusional. Stop making shit up just because you don't understand incredibly well known concepts. Just because you don't understand doesn't mean it's false--it means you're in the wrong place and need remedial classes. These are all concepts that are used in multiple career fields and are taught at every University that I am aware of.
