Another good video and it's good to see them side by side. I've gone for Superiors too. I will be a little frustrated though when people say 'that guy looks better than you, he's wearing navy coveralls, the way they were in the movie.' But I'd still rather have them look as authentic as possible.

Haha oh man I totally know what you’re talking about. Some people are like his coveralls are navy that doesn’t even look right. When that happens I just think to myself he’s miles behind in Myers cosplay fandom and I think at one point in time I was there as well lol. But yeah everybody thinks they’re navy blue, I did when I was a kid as well. Thing is all these super fans that take it really seriously… they actually KNOW, and really those are the opinions that I appreciate the most anyway right? Both are very nice coveralls. Personally, I bought spruce green redkap coveralls. Price was actually cheaper than TOTS.

Yeah that’s definitely a solid option as well the red caps are decent and are real coveralls.

Crazy find this year at my local thrift... 4 EXCELLENT Myers -styled REAL ,worn in lookin coveralls , at get this ... $20 . I should have bought all 4 & quad-ed my money. I still have a pair of OG J.C.Penny 70,s set. I also have a pair thats greenish , 1970,s , by 'Robuck'

That would be Sears Roebuck probably so I bet they look pretty good! That’s an amazing find collectors loves that stuff definitely hang onto it it could be worth some decent money down the road if it’s fairly accurate. I have to visit thrift stores more often man!

Cool review. Btw mechanic suits don’t have hammer holsters on them because we don’t use hammers. But if you need to make polyester worn and softer, use low grit sandpaper and sand the shit out of the whole suit. This is done so they’re more comfortable and helps prevent itching.

Yeah that’s true I just thought it was weird trick-or-treat studios included that loop when they were trying to make them fairly accurate lol They are polyester costumes are actually quite thin and soft to begin with so if you sanded them they would probably tear holes through them pretty quickly as they are not very durable.

@Brandon Loves Horror Films For a mass produced product at 60$ their masks are great. Can’t fault the molds, just the paint and hair lets them down. Would love to see the production line on their masks. The guys that do the paint jobs on these masks do an amazing job, but they have a great canvas to work with.

Not to mention, The Coveralls are more of a Navy Blue color when they're supposed to be a Spruce Green.

Sanding them down makes them way better looking, also makes them feel more like the actual thing.

The Halloween Resurrection Coveralls are charcoal Canadian Linen Twill action back. Not sure where to get them, but that’s what kind was used for Resurrection.

Actually that’s not true. I know for a while people thought they were Big Macs or red kaps even. But in the original 1978 film they used Tex Green Sears Tradewear Coveralls they called them “Long sleeve one-piece work suit” Actually the only time they really used big Macs for any Halloween film was in Halloween 4 they used Grey Fisher Stripe Big Macs.
