Agreed. Their lawsuits were in relation to their anonymity policies, protecting individuals who chose to use the site for illegal or immoral purposes. Hopefully they change those and come back online. This would mean, allowing law enforcement the ability to investigate a user who does such things, and providing/including "Report" policies.

It's so bittersweet, on one hand these omegle videos bring me so much joy but on the other it's a horrible website that is almost a safe haven for predators. Farewell to some of the best videos on youtube.

How is it a safe haven for predators? Omegle is literally not a site for children. Any parent letting their child use it is seriously failing in being a parent and probably should be investigated by child safety. It is also very easy to report anyone misusing the site. So it has not been a safe haven for dodgy acts for a long time. Just because a minority misuse something is not reason to ban that thing. We would have to shut down the roads because a few jerks drive dangerously if this concept of shut things down because of some individuals continues on.
