I’ve always been a Jason fan more than a halloween one but i’ll give micheal props for His creepy nature of his existence. If anything can contend with the void its probably a necronomic hell spawn. As for Jason’s fate, I can believe that Jason was always going to grow up to be a Goliath of a man, perhaos even a deathless one, but I think its an essential part of his story that his murderous rampages could’ve been avoided if not for human negligence and cruelty. Micheal scary because he can’t he’s unexplainably cruel, Jason’s scary because you know he’s suffered too much to ever stop.

Also, another origin of Jason's "Death Curse" was actually a Native American blood curse placed on the land in the 1800's due to them being slaughtered innocently. It needed to take form of its wrath through another tragedy, the vessel was Jason. You can read that in the Friday The 13th comics.

Jason wouldn’t be stable enough to be a disciplined sith. It would take someone stronger than Sidius to train him, or to even just get him to stand still. He’s not going to stop. I like to think Jason was an innocent, and it's always been my headcanon since Jason Goes To Hell that yeah, it was Pamela using the Necronomicon to resurrect him. I think that twisted something in him spiritually when he was brought back. There's still a SMALL part of good there I think, based the How I Spent My Summer Vacation comic and he is the lesser of two evils when compared to Freddy at least. And yeah I think there's definitely a Lovecraftian vibe with he and the Friday the 13th series. Lovecraft did do a lot of big cosmic gods and aliens, but I also seem to remember at least one story that just had a crazy guy with an axe. There's levels. I personally think Pamela was driven crazy by the ritual that raised Jason from the dead, but it was Jason's voice that spoke to her. It was the spirit of Jason that seems to hover around, like what Renny saw in Part 8 or what attacked Alice in the lake at the end of the first movie.

Meyers beat Jason. Why? Meyers from the get go has all of his powers. So that means he's able to beat sack cloth Jason easy. Jason was a wimp, taken out by a couple using a ax. Then hockey mask Jason is a lil stronger but still not able to take down meyers, and was taken out again by hanging and a machete. Then you have fake Jason who is a kid dressed as him. Then you have Feldman Jason who got his ass whoop by Cory Feldman. Again all of these version meyers would of slaughter Jason. Not til zombie Jason does he have a chance and its a fair fight. But he's still stupid, and weak to drowning. Then you have Uber Jason which is his strongest version only due to the nano tech which gives him super healing. Meyers can't beat that, but then Jason in space is stupid. Meyers don't need to got to space to be relevant. Then you have remake jason/meyers. Jason is strong but not super human. He's fast, able to make traps and is like a hunter. While meyers is a giant, hulk like. Not as smart but def stronger then Jason. This would depend on location who win a fight. But mostly meyers would take it because he will win a straight fight while Jason would need a place that is his turf to win.

Michael Myers has always been my favorite for some reason of all horror characters. I was confused when they made Freddy vs Jason. Even thoufh at the end of Jason goes to hell it teased it when the Krueger hand grabbed his mask. But I always thought Jason vs Michael Myers was the more intriguing battle. Shame we cant see this play out on the big screen or maybe its a goos thing we dont. Freddy vs Jason was kinda a let down so i wouldnt want them to make a terrible movie about these 2. I like your video as well as horror discussions in general. Here’s how this would go down. If you’re talking Jason before part 6, then Michael wins. Almost no contest. After Jason’s first true resurrection in part 6, Jason wins. Uber Jason is just pretty much overkill. The real stats that count here are durability and final girl kill count. On the one hand, Jason has never killed any of his final girls. Thus, he has been defeated several times. He was first truly killed... by a little kid. Not a special kid. Not a kid with supernatural powers. Tommy was just some kid. If a little boy can take Jason out then it wouldn’t be hard for Michael to take Jason out considering that Jason is not much of a strategist. After being resurrected though, revenant/undead Jason wins. Michael has not survived half of the things Jason has. He’s never been blown up. He’s never survived Re-entry into the earths atmosphere WITHOUT A SPACE SHIP!! As a matter of fact, Michael has displayed several times that if his life is in immediate danger, he will run away, or switch places with a EMS worker or whatever. Jason will keep coming regardless. The most damage I’ve seen Michael take was being set on fire at the end of Halloween 2. After that, he was in a coma for 10 years. Yes, he survived it, but once again, in a 10 year coma. Also, his body was left in tact, so there’s no evidence that he would survive something like a decapitation or dismemberment. Also, Jason has been proven to kill for simple pleasure as opposed to displaying empathy of any kind. As a matter of fact, the only people Jason has shown mercy to has been children. I suppose Michael does have the edge there as he definitely will kill children along with anything else that crosses his path.... if he feels like it. Bottom line. Undead Jason would simply tear Michael limb from limb until Michael simply stops moving.

Myers went into a coma while Jason would've just straight up died lol. Myers has taken practically everything Jason has but has actually survived. Saying that there's no evidence that Michael would survive something like decapitation or dismemberment is silly because Jason doesn't even survive that. He suffered such things and died from it (then came back with the help of plot), but he's never actually survived that stuff.

Well, Jason would clearly be more like a Malak or a Malgus: this is to say, he'd be a brute, tanking most damage and using overwhelming strength in their combat. Likely using sabers with blades designed for power blows and dealing as much damage as possible. Michael on the other hand might be more like a Vitiate or Sidious. Likely using a saber like Maul with crystals that have similar effects to Kylo's blade. Just to ensure maximum pain and damage.

Remember that Jason takes manhattan and freddy vs jason have shown that if you have entered Crystal Lake at any point or if Jason sees a reason to come after you, he will travel from state to state after your ass and will kill everyone in his way to get to you. Yeah he can be reasoned with with super sympathy but the over 200 bodies he has shows thats very rare.

For Me - Michael Myers is a far better character (in my opinion Jason is somewhat derivative of him) - also, Jason is a bit more of a 'Slasher' where Michael has a more 'Horror' aspect (which I prefer) - and that Shatner Mask is so iconic and works so well even though it came about as a bit of a last minute 'we need a mask kind of thing' - 'see what you can find in the costume shop' :)

Eh I can’t say I agree. I find Jasons story of retribution for his childhood rife with abuse compelling him beyond death considerably more compelling than micheal being evil for evils sake. Not that irredeemable villains can’t be interesting but I honestly don’t get why so much explanations need to go into the fact he just liked killing people. Micheals mask and look is admittedly iconic but also pretty boring, Jason switches things up a lot more snd while their not all the best looks It can be really appreciated on a special effects stand point.

We have never seen Michael get dismembered in any capacity… in a fight with Jason it is happening. He did tear off Freddy’s limbs in both the real world and dream world. Human Jason’s death would likely have the same effect on Michael… skull cleaved in half with a machete… and jason came back from that as an actual revenant… a revenant does not go back to being a corpse till it’s goals are accomplished. Kinda like the crow.

The difference, you might be able to escape Meyers, as his sister discovered, if you play your cards right, but there's no escaping Jason. He will teleport to your desitnation, (the opening scene to F13 part 2) wherever that may be. Yeah, my money is on Jason. Plus, Jason's whole persona is way more Metal than Michael's.

@@eivor5453 Yes, but isn't max payne in the hypersonic ranges of speed by using bullet time? Also, bullet time isn't limited to a game play mechanic as there are events in max payne 3 where you HAVE to use it. If rorschach is hiding somewhere at the start of the fight, he may win. But I don't think he has a chance in a gunfight.

Question, when the Xenomorph impregnates a host, the child can take on characteristics of said host. Allowing for the Xenomorph to become a stronger species with every new host So if a Xenomorph impregnates Jason or Michael, could that mean the Xenomorph offspring gains supernatural abilities? If said Xenomorph then molted into a Queen then how much more dangerous would the species become, potentially leading to a new line of species that are basically unkillable supernatural alien bugs

I don't count comic book crap. Both these characters were created in films, not comics. As for the characters. I feel as those their are many forms of Jason. As the movies went on he just got stronger and more zombie like. So sack cloth Jason is pretty weak. He was nearly killed by a regular couple and a sharp edge weapon. Then you have hockey mask version of Jason. He was a lil bit stronger but still died pretty easily. Then you have fake Jason which is just a human that was mentally challenged. Then you got zombie Jason, and this is where you see a big power boost. At this point is where it would be a close fight on who would win between meyers and Jason. Both have super human strength, stealth, and able to endure a lot of damage. The next Jason form is Uber Jason, which is his most powerful form. So he has his healing factor upgraded with the nano tech. This is the only form that meyers can't beat. Then you have remake Jason and meyers. Jason is strong, but not super human. He's more of a hunter and he's able to think, and set traps while meyers is just a giant and a badass. Hes way stronger then Jason but not as smart. Hes more brute like, so hard to say who would win. It would depend on location.
