Yorkshire man... Hah. My dad was a tru Yorkie??? Or better still Yorkshire man...a very serious sort of chap. As his humour was very funny at the right moment, it was a very dry sense of humour... As he loved his innuendos, sarcasm and riddles and puns...especially when I came up with a few of them. This one cracked him up. "Bread is the staff of life, but live of a staff officer is just one big loaf.... Hahaa..

Stephen Fry once described Peter Cook as 'The funniest man who ever drew breath'. He was wrong.

Ha! When asked about John McCain's running mate in 2008, John Cleese simply said "Well, I used to think Michael was the funniest Palin I knew"

@@jeremybrown9179 Don't get me wrong, Cookie was superb; I just find Palin funnier. His facial expressions during the Biggus Dickus sketch still reduce me to a state of helplessness.
