Every time i see a video about this topic someone replies "Terry Jones was Rich and so are the remaining Pythons, pay for it themselves!" so what they're saying is anybody with enough money can pay to have a statue of themselves erected? The point of asking for donations is to allow people who Loved all the fantastic Comedy and Entertainment Terry gave to us to be able to contribute towards a lasting statue in his memory, and if they don't raise the amount required then there obviously isn't the interest and it will not happen.
