What a beautiful rendition of such a masterpiece of music. The emotion, the unfulfilled longing in the song are so palatable. The world is diminished greatly by the passing of these 2 men Joe Z. & Jaco P. May their souls find peace, and may the reward for the joy brought by this composition follow them forever.

strange how Zawinul's great ballad is often mis-attributed. people think Jaco wrote it, or Wayne, but Zawinul has written some great ballads--and this is certainly in the upper end of the list...

Nice, but, c'mon. Wayne played tenor on that tune and did all that in altissimo. This is like a good high school band student. If we're going to cover Weather Report and the immortal Wayne SHorter, let's at least be authentic.
