@@Poicyss KILLING it is never a problem (same can be said for a lot of problematic abnos like Alriune). It's literally everything else. There is no abnormality that's harder to contain than that thing, it's very prone to killing agents with absolutely no way to save them because it camps at the door half the time and you need to play Where's Waldo every time it escapes (and it escapes every time you work with it unless you send a fresh Temp I agent, something you shouldn't have in your facility).

2:08 - i would argue that out of all of them only the Portrait of Another World is kinda useless. It's only good after, like, Hod's suppression and if you have only 1 maxed employee you don't wish to see dead. Otherwise it's just the waste of space. BUT! The other two are really useful. Adjustment Mirror is wonderful tool abno for the beginning of the game, where's your abno pool is limited, hence - a high chance that you would have one maxed stat while the other three will be dogshit. With this mirror you can always balance stats out if used wisely. Finnicky, but it has it's uses even after Hod's suppression. And the Flesh Idol? You can't even imagine how much it helped me with my first attempts of figuring out Alephs! Those are kinda hurt even in management phase, so having the only not dangerous backup heal that can help your nugget from the _inside_ of containment unit is actually gold(other ways including either working with WN or Train(which is painfill) or at least having a demanding combo of Parasyte Tree's ego costume with ego gift of that galaxy boy which still isn't perfect for some of the Alephs). It's even helping me right now in the late game with my stat grinding on CENCORED! So i usually recommend those two.
