Dead Man's Chest is the masterpiece of the series. The pacing of that movie is perfect. It's nearly 17 years old now and still looks incredible

Here's my personal opinion. I liked them all. If anything 5 would be the worst but even then it's not that bad. Now people hate on 4 but I feel as if it's because Will, Elizabeth, the funny pirates and the Black Pearl aren't in it. I like 4 the most actually because it goes to show what a pirate really is rather than some love story. I hate to say this but love stories shouldn't really go with pirates however they made it work so I commend them for it but 4 is my favorite because it FULLY revolves around Jack and his adventures with a crew he got stuck with and wasn't captain like a normal pirate. But then did beyray them like a normal pirate.

@@activelyrandom7652 Technically Johnny Depp petitioned for it. I actually like how it really focuses on the life of a pirate while mixing that mystical feel with it. It's my favorite no doubt people just hate on it because it didn't have Will, Elizabeth, The Pearl, and the 2 funny pirates.

I just didn't like how they gave Elizabeth the throne. Of course it was meant to be a joke because of the fact that Jack voted for her as a way to mess with everyone but then she took it to the next level plus realistically no one would've listened to her since she had barely been a pirate.
