I am 63 and from RMS and Ulnar Neuropathy/Carpal Tunnel I know what's going on. Amazingly he is using his left hand/arm and delivering. But when he picks w/his right hand, (See elbow brace) he is picking so selectively upon a lifetime of brilliance. As Towman commented about Piece of Mind. There he uses it to perfection. For a whole show? He is altering it all. And who more has the right. to. Carry on Michael.

Yes Towman....that is superb on his last album. Way better than the rest of it. But still shows he can pull a rabbit out his hat. Can he do that live? Hey, the fact that he and Uli can still play so well is unreal. We must enjoy their great bits while they've got them. I'll be watching until the end that's for sure. A legend for sure. No one like him. He is plugged in to melodies like no other.
