It should have gone differently, he should have won races with Mercedes. But I loved every single minute of being able to watch him racing in F1, following his career. Only for 3 seasons, but anyway.

After the three years he was in Mercedes? Schumi admitted again like he did here about how he was empty and tired by 2006.. by 2012 his recognition.. was that he had limits. The older he got, the less energy he had.. except he burnt out quicker by 2012.. But he did have fun doing it in the last era of the V8..

There is no driver with his agile, calculated and skilled mind in F1 anymore. Maybe Alonso is close but MS was a beast full stop
