Great job to both Michael and Karin. Michael, your teaching style you display with Karin shows your sensitivity and respect for a student in general and Karin specifically. Karin, your response to Michael’s teaching style shows clearly that you are able to work with Michael in a comfortable and constructive way to focus on learning to fly as an upcoming instrument pilot. Both of you guys show to the public at hand a constructive and healthy instructior/student relationship…good job guys.

Super. That landing was a butter, she nailed it.

Awesome video. Thanks! Your American flag should fly with blue in the upper left when hung vertically.

Great job emphasizing the mains....then the nose dropping naturally as a proper landing. Too many people accept flat landings as good landings. Great videos!

Great video. Just an FYI, the flag hanging in the hangar is backward. The union (stars) always is on the top left even when hanging vertically.

Lots of really great tips in these videos. I wish I could actually do that trim the airplane on final thing in a Cirrus :-)

Another lovely video Mike. VOR knowledge is important, but keep in mind our "DME" is fake and GPS based. Great practice on the sim and quite harder without DME. I really appreciate your insistence on trimming to the right AoA. Holding the elevator should be illegal. :-)

Marlon. I hear ya. Thanks for your comments and hope you like the vids.

What brand of 'foggles' are you using. I've not seen those before. BTW that was a great lesson for me on using the VOR nav. I don't do it very often so I'll be watching this one again and trying it on my home sim and then in the plane. Thanks for the great work you two. Cheers-Ren PS-I see that you are a golfer. If you get out to LA you are welcome to join me for some golf at my home track Bel Air.

Hi Ren - Thanks for your note. The foggles are "ViBAN". www.viban.com. They work pretty well and are super light weight. The way the HSI works with the VOR is pretty slick.

Enjoyable content. Where did those clearance knee board pads come from?
@mikegoulian3 жыл бұрын
We custom make our own TOLD (Take off and landing data) cards. They’re based somewhat on the format Cirrus uses for their Vision Jets.
