Michael was considered to be the likeness for a proposed "Regeneration" of the 7th Doctor in the Virgin "New Adventures" series of Books in the 90s! Michael would have been what the image of the "8th Doctor" would have looked like on the cover of each subsequent book! But the idea was scrapped in favour of "Regenerations" only ever happening "On-screen"! 🤔

The fact that they're only doing one boxset a year is such a shame. He's soooooo good at recreating his dad's performance. 2nd doctor is my favorite doctor & has received the least amount of attention from Big Finish and we finally have a proper series of 2nd doctor audios and the fact we're only getting one set a year is criminal.

Yes it is a shame but it comes down to sales. There are only enough sales to justify one a year apparently.
