+toadandthemole You're right, so right, I feel that there are too few Trance gems released nowadays, even in the house scene, it's just not the same anymore, we've gone from everything being built to deliver on the club stage, to everything being built to deliver financially, and to me, that is sad, music is something we are blessed with, how can it be that we are losing it like this, I still hold hope that something will break and we'll suddenly find ourselves facing a new wave and breath of fresh and amazing music, but is that likely to happen? I doubt it, to me it seems like a pipe dream :(

Lucero Yes, it's really sad, how big DJ's like Armin van Buuren have forgotten it to produce wonderful vocal trance. Almost every DJ is producing this mainstream shit now, others like Above & Beyond don't even produce Trance anymore.

I would never be one to criticise a style of music but when the market is saturated with it and artists of other genres are moving over to jump on the bandwagon it makes me feel almost alienated, like have I really spent so much, time effort and money following and supporting my favourite Trance and House producers/DJs for them to just bail on what they were best at
