From my perspective Jared couldn’t understand what she’s going through she tried to push away from what’s happening to protect him she felt guilty from betraying her best friend from sleeping him, Jared also without realizing it was pushing her further towards zeke because he was jealous and possessive he wanted to protect her from zeke instead of just standing by her trusting her instincts he treated her like a child that couldn’t take care of herself . He got her shot . Zeke didn’t do anything wrong he was defending himself
