You know what makes you so goated as a reactor, you actually understand how "realistic" of the takemitchi is in terms of how much he has to do and the difficulty he is going thru. But unlike any other reactors you pay attention to detail so well and if you missed anything you would ask us in the comments where as other reactors ends up acting condescending and hating takemitchi without understanding the emotional side of Tokyo Revengers Plus they will regret hating and blaming on takemitchy when our boy finally clicks and get his moment 💯💯💯

Exactly, a big part of TR is the emotional side of it! I never understood why the people that didn't get that or didn't get Takemitchy loved the manga/anime, because it's like... You are missing more than half of the plot, how? Wakui really did something there, suberting the roles of the shonen protagonist and showing that someone like Mikey, who looks so strong and invincible, actually needs to be weak and cry, to have emotions and be treated like the teenage he is. While Takemitchy have the balls of crying in front of all this people and showing his emotions, being called strong by Mikey himself.

This is what I like about Takemichi even though he wasn't the most fan favorite, and a bit of a slowpoke at times but it's part of his personality.. He can handle his emotions, he takes those hard hits and still stands for himself and for everyone and shows assurance he's there, his support, his will power. This next scenes will be the most exciting and best part of the arc. Can't wait for the next reaction!

In both 8:40 and 9:03 Interesting detail to note down is that you can tell, mikey's eyes changed (from black to shaded grey) and ended up to be like the future mikey in black dragon as he bacame depressed and wanted to die! Just shows mikey needs someone, and that's why kisaki is such a threat since bad futures occur due to kisaki being mikey's emotional compass However we know that there is only 1 person who is alive that can help mikey 💯💯💯

I think that everybody who was blaming Takemichi (illogically) last episode was demonstrating an immature but common grief response. Finding somebody to blame and focus your anger on is seen often in grief, and we actually see Draken do the same thing to Mikey. What I love about this episode is that we actually see 3 different responses to grief from our 3 characters. Mikey goes into denial and shuts down completely. Draken turns to anger and takes his blame out on Mikey physically. Takemichi cries as he does. Also, note that Takemichi was the only one of the three able to move forward and fight. With all the flack that Michi catches for crying, it is healthy and certainly justified with everything he goes through.

Definitely. Aot is my #1 favorite anime and TR is my #2. That being said, last week was a hard week for both. The only bad thing is that S1 is on Crunchyroll and S2 and 3 are on Disney/Hulu.

Draken really pissed me off this episode, he WAS best boy up until this point. Dude had NO right to just pull up on Mikey and grill him about not being able to save his sister when his (Draken) brolic @ss could've been keeping watch on Emma and y'know, actually protecting her? Mikey was caught up in family matters, but Draken? He was probably sitting on his @ss at home, we know he wasn't attacked and/or hospitalized like Mitsuya or Smiley. He has no reason to get angry with Mikey, he should be angry with himself for not being there for the girl he loved so much. If he really loved her so much, he would've been constantly at her side, because she is the sister of a top rank gang member, so things like this are bound to happen. Draken just became one of my most hated characters alongside Hanma and Kisaki.

You have to realize this anime is based on Bozozoku culture back in the late 90s and early 2000s in japan Highschool biker gangs did exist and even the police were afraid of them cause most of the gangs were affiliated with Yakuza and Yakuza was dangerous AF back in the 90s. This is one of the reasons why police barely interfere with the gangs
