But the US session is so late in Australia ... South Africa is good timezone , or Portugal, Spain .... Nigeria or Ghana if you like .... maybe a nice part of Capetown , (it's a bit dangerous and you'd need a place with solar and borehole) , yeah ... maybe Spain instead

Hi Michael ! Just wanted to thank you for the videos and the content you have been posting on this channel. I started trading about 1 year ago and I am starting to see concistency thanks to the way you see things, not only on the charts, but with systems and structure. I also bought my first challenge account on a prop firm and passed both verification stages, and now started trading with the live funded account this week. And my experience hasn't been the best (horrible spreads compared to the challenge phases, and when I get in a trade I get filled far away from my entry point). Could you recommend a reliable prop firm ? I've seen a lot of bad reviews on some "small" companies, and as you've been in the game for a long time I would like to have you're opinion. Thank you mate and love that! Prop firm wise no one knows what’s going to happen so I’d stick to the most credible ones I.e FTMO, TFF etc

All 3 pairs, start with 1% risk, build a buffer and then move to 1.5% if i choose
