Pretty happy with the changes. While I'm still not a huge fan of the random turn orders, I do fully embrace the idea of having locations added that allow turn and card manipulation. Mayhaps I'll give Tiny Epic Defenders another shot and do a second review video of an updated "Tiny Epic Family" games (including quests and zombies of course)

Wop, JK, just got past the section of the new drawing rules! Ok, can totally live with the defenders all going together at the end of the initial invasion phase + Regions only getting 3 threat max that round. This game just might surpass Tiny Epic Kingdoms in the order of favorites :D

Hey Michael. Thank you for the ton of details!! Really looking forward to it, and have I've backed my set! One suggestion, maybe indirect lighting? Too much reflection to see much detail in the cards.

What happens if a dire enemy is the one that destroys a region? Does that dire enemy get taken out of the deck?

Hopefully there's a nice early bird? ;) I did buy this game about a month before the new one was announced... but looks like it'll be a better experience. TEQ is unreal, so I can't wait to add more ITEMeeples to our games moving forward.

The art of the 2nd edition is excellent, but I much prefer the art of the 1st edition.
