The girl wasn't that bad! She was out of tune, and with vocal coaching she could possibly be better. Not amazing, but good at least. And the girl didn't claim she was "The X Factor", it was her mother. Because of Louie's bullying, her self esteem probably shot down so far. She went from "over confident" to having zero confidence. She's a teen, they are more emotional and I just hope she doesn't hate herself. All I'm saying is he didn't have to make fun of her. Just flat out say "you don't sing good" would have been okay. He took it too far - even Simon knew when it was time to stop. Louie is in the wrong here.

She had a potential, she was just nervous and picked a very, very difficult song that requires a certain type of strong voice and technique that you can only get through years and years of practice. Even extremely talented people couldn't manage Whitney Houston songs without proper preparation and this one requires professional coaching to sound ... Well, perfect. I agree with Sharon. She was sixteen and nervous, it is BGT, we can watch her performance on the internet everytime, it's just different from a for example school performance. Louise was unnecessarily cruel to that girl. She didn't show any bad attitude nor did she compare herself to Whitney, so there was no reason to "put her in her place"

I think you are wrong, there were many moments where Sharon has laught to people due to their mechanic issues, such as laught for Spanish women who sang Heart Will Go On with her strong Spanish Accent, that was a reason for Sharon laugh, and so did Lous laugh too.. and for a dude saying" I missed my pants " or "pissed my pants" and was their own fault, but this girl right here had according the judge a awful voice, not because of lyrics or because of accent, just an ugly voice, so ofc it was a shitty reason laugh during her performance. I would slap Louis if he had laught like this, but she cried and didn't even feel bad about it. Sharon never have insulted that way, never ever! and in matter of fact, she is 16 yr old for god sake! it is the moment where she get her permament confidence, now they probably ruined it for her!
