+abdelrahman abuelnaga Well I play all of it with the sustain pedal so it doesn't really make a difference. If you want to play it without any sustain, I would say yes, hold the A down what ever you're playing with the left hand until und have to play the note again.

Hi Michael. I have gone through all your 7 tutorial videos for this song. and learnt it. Now I'm listening to the original song, to get the dynamics part better. When I listen to the original, it seems that In the initial notes A (E) A', E is not played at all? Please help me figure this out..

Just play it the way you want Kumar, it doesn't matter. I think in the original "Una Mattina" it's just 2 notes. In the extended movie version it's A E A but I'm not sure.

Thanks Michael. Was a little confused whether the E is to be played as a ghost note, or not played at all. I guess that's not so very important, other than maybe playing the E makes it easier to keep oneself in time. Will go with either..
